Carvansary Funds

The Caravansary Fund, is our company’s in-house funding system, based on clear partnership proposals, backed with well-defined agreements between the partners, and will include an online crowdfunding platform, meant to enable more people to participate in larger deals with lower individual capital requirement.

  • The investors (caravaners), private individual and institutional entities, pool their money together for a common goal, placing it, into the Caravansary Funds, however the Caravansary Funds involves four distinct, though interrelated, categories, reflecting the four classes of caravaners investment options available to investors; the Merchant Caravansary, the Developer Caravansary, the Company Caravansary, and the Diverse Caravansary.
  • The geographical focus of these investments, from the perspective of our company, are of an international nature, from that of the investor, it might very well be a local one, as we have a policy of encouraging and enabling smaller capital investors, to invest in their own countries, wherein they have a better grasp of the local, day to day, business environment.
  • The Caravansary Fund size, varies from one class to another, e.g. the fund size of the merchant caravansary is based on the portfolio created for a given brand, in a given country, subject to a well-studied market analysis, the fund size is then determined and limited to its restricted capital, -i.e. the capital needed for an annual cycle of trade in that given portfolio product (brand) within a given country-, now divided into equity shares amongst participating merchant caravansaries, with each retaining the shares equivalent to investment. Similarly, the developer caravansary buys into selected separate parameters, the company caravansary buys into selected affiliated companies, and the diverse caravansary can choses to buy into, any combination of the three classes.
  • All funding from investors are consequentially linked to tangible assets, selected to increase in value, due to the fact, that our investment thesis, is founded on a strategy that allows no room for speculation, and are therefore, simply, risk free.
