As Project Administrator, we act as a liaison between the owner, contractor, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication, and that critical information, updates, and decisions are communicated promptly to all relevant parties, with comprehensive records maintained, detailing all project activities, decisions, changes, and communications, thus as-built documentation are created, reflecting the completed project.

Contractual obligations, ensuring that all parties fulfill their responsibilities, is maintained, by project administrator, through documentation and evidence to support claims and defend against disputes, protecting the interest of the owner. Also, regular safety inspections to help identify and mitigate potential hazards on the construction site, optimizes workflow and reduces downtime, and ensures sufficient use of resources, and as owner’s advocate and adviser, project administrator, act as the owner’s representative, protecting owner’s interest and vision, aiding in informed decision-making throughout the project, ensuring all minor defects and issues are resolved before project handover, facilitating a smooth transition from construction to occupancy, including training for the owner’s personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new facility.
